This website is operated by STUDIO ET. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to STUDIO ET. By visiting this website and/or purchasing artwork or services from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and commission clients. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Original Artwork

All artworks are original, handmade pieces created by STUDIO ET unless otherwise stated.

Due to the handmade nature of original art, slight variations in texture, finish and colour may occur. While every effort is made to accurately display artwork colours online, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

All artworks are sold unframed unless otherwise specified.

Commissions & Custom Orders

Custom commissions are welcome and can be requested via email or the contact page.

Pricing for commissions varies depending on size, complexity and level of detail. Quotes are provided individually.

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required before work begins on all custom commissions. This deposit secures your booking and covers planning, materials and preparation time.

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipping or collection.

Estimated completion times for commissions are generally 4–8 weeks, however larger or more detailed works may require additional time. STUDIO ET will communicate timelines clearly throughout the process.

Progress updates may be shared during the creation process to ensure the artwork aligns with the agreed vision.

Once a commission has commenced, major concept or design changes may incur additional charges.

Copyright & Reproductions

The artist retains full copyright and intellectual property rights to all artwork, including commissioned pieces, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright ownership or reproduction rights.

STUDIO ET reserves the right to create prints or reproductions of original artworks and commissioned works unless exclusive rights have been purchased separately.

Exclusive rights agreements must be discussed and confirmed prior to purchase.

Artwork may be photographed and shared for portfolio, website, social media or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing before commencement of the piece.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

Payment plans may be available upon request. Artwork will not be shipped or released until full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping timeframes may vary depending on location and courier services. Most metro Australian deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

A flat shipping rate of $150 applies to most metro areas within Australia and includes professional packaging and transit insurance. Additional charges may apply for rural or remote locations.

All artworks are professionally packaged to ensure safe transit.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact STUDIO ET within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging so the issue can be assessed and resolved promptly.

Transit insurance applies only where shipping has been arranged directly through STUDIO ET.

International shipping is not currently offered unless arranged individually.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the original and handmade nature of the artwork, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges or refunds are not available for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases where artwork arrives significantly damaged and a claim is approved.

Deposits paid for custom commissions are strictly non-refundable.

Website Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure all information, pricing and product descriptions on this website are accurate. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur.

STUDIO ET reserves the right to correct any errors, update information or cancel orders if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STUDIO ET is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artwork or services.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for transit insurance coverage.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently offered through the website.

SHIPPING POLICY

Custom Commissions

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact STUDIO ET within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of:

  • External packaging

If approved, a replacement, repair or partial refund may be offered depending on the circumstances.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered where:

  • The artwork arrives significantly damaged

  • A transit insurance claim is approved

  • STUDIO ET determines a refund is appropriate
